How do I choose the correct size bracelet? 

We recommend measuring your wrist with a piece of string and choosing a bracelet that is approximatly 0.5 inches bigger than your wrist size. For any alternate sizes please email: info@ginastewartcox.com.

What metals do you use?

We only use precious metals in our designs. 'sterling silver', rolled gold, white gold.

How can I check on an order I placed on www.ginastewartcox.com?

To check on the status of an order please click on the “Your Profile” section of the website.
  
How do I know when my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.
 
Can orders be placed from abroad?

Orders can be placed from abroad and you can place your order in the normal way. You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Express Delivery.
 
How is my gift packaged?

All of our packaging has been specially chosen to enhance the jewellery, showing off virbrant or tonal coloured cords. We package every piece in a branded Gina Stewart Cox gift box, accompanied by a card describing the jewellery.

Is there VAT charged online?

Yes, VAT is included in the price of your order.

How can I return or exchange an unwanted item that was purchased from www.ginastewartcox.com.com?

You can return goods you purchase from us, for an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the purchase date, in all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and all goods will be inspected on return.

We cannot accept returns on Earrings.

Please return your product to us, with a copy of the invoice or receipt. We will be unable to process any exchange or refund without a proof of purchase receipt.

These conditions apply to items purchased through our website or at our show stands. Items to be returned or exchange that have been purchased from an independent stockists must be returned through the independent stockist directly.

Goods are returned to us at your own cost. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded delivery.

How do I pay for my goods?

We accept online payment in a secure environment by Paypal or Credit/Debit card.
 
When will my account be debited?

Your account will be debited once your order has been despatched.
  

How do I clean my Cord bracelet?

The pieces have been designed to be worn at all times, including swimming/showering. If the cords do pick up some dirt, they can be easily cleaned with soapy water. The precious metals can be cleaned with the usual methods (taking care of the cord).

Do you custom make bracelets?

Please email us with any custom designs that you would like and we will do our best to provide them for you.
